The Pochta Mail team has added the ability to assign responsible persons to individual emails. The innovation is designed for teamwork and helps distribute incoming requests among employees who use a shared mailbox.
One or more colleagues can be assigned to a single email. To assign responsible persons, hover over the email, select “Add assignee”, and specify the required employees. A separate section is automatically created for each of them, displaying all emails assigned to them.
The new tool allows tasks to be distributed within a team and tracks who is handling a specific request. This is especially relevant for teams that process a large volume of correspondence through a single mailbox.
According to Ruslan Arzumanov, head of product at Pochta Mail, assigning responsible persons should make collaboration between colleagues more transparent and help avoid situations where it is unclear who is working on a particular issue. Currently, the feature is available in the web version of Pochta Mail for teams of five or more people.
