MTS Link has launched new office services, Mail and Calendar. The new tools are available in a single application and complement the already existing messenger, video conferencing, online whiteboards, task tracker, Disk, and Documents.
Mail supports message search, folders, email threads, and delayed sending. Encryption and modern security protocols are used to protect correspondence. In the future, the service is planned to be linked with the MTS Link AI assistant, which will be able to translate emails, create brief summaries of correspondence, and assist with preparing replies.
In Calendar, you can plan meetings, invite colleagues, and book meeting rooms with availability checks. MTS Link online meetings are added to events with one click. Managers can also delegate calendar management to assistants without granting access to their account.
The company expects to combine communications and office tools in a single digital workspace. In the future, the AI assistant should work not only with chats and meetings, but also with corporate documents and email.
