Yandex has started displaying a special "Reliable Business" badge in its Search results. It is intended for companies with a stable positive reputation, confirmed by customer reviews. Currently, about 75,000 organizations have received the status: 16,000 stores and 59,000 service companies.
The badge is placed next to the website link. Clicking on it reveals the company's rating, the percentage of disputed reviews and business responses, and the validity period of the status.
The badge is generated automatically. To obtain it, a company must maintain a high rating for at least six months and have at least 20 reviews, including those published in the last year. The status cannot be purchased or applied for.
According to Yandex, approximately one in three users considers reviews before purchasing a product or booking a service. The new badge allows users to see information about a company's reputation directly in the Search results, even before visiting its website.
