The 2GIS team has introduced a service for companies that need to organize deliveries and the work of field employees. It automatically distributes tasks and builds routes taking into account time constraints, employee qualifications, and vehicle capacity. This helps reduce vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and the workload on logistics specialists.
The solution combines a dispatcher's workstation with a mobile application for couriers, drivers, and forwarders. After the plan is approved, routes are automatically sent to employees, and at the end of the shift, statistics on completed tasks are generated.
The plan can be adjusted throughout the day. New orders are added to existing routes, and if an employee is absent, tasks are redistributed among other performers. The system recalculates routes based on changed conditions.
The service is also linked to "2GIS GeoPotok," which allows tracking vehicles and monitoring task completion in real time. The solution is designed for courier services, online stores, banks, retail chains, and service companies. It can be connected to corporate systems via API.
