The infrastructure complex for universities includes resources from RTK-TSOD's geographically distributed Tier III data center network, ensuring physical data integrity and fault tolerance. The model includes an attested cloud platform "KII Cloud", which allows universities to host personal data information systems up to the first level of protection inclusive. The solution is complemented by "Turbo Cloud" cloud services – universities are provided with data storage and management platforms that allow organizing a unified repository of information, scientific works, and digital libraries. The model has been tested in projects for leading higher educational institutions in the country, such as Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management (NSUEM).
