"MegaFon" connected Max to corporate telephony

Companies can receive customer messages from Max and respond to them through a unified system along with other communication channels

The operator "MegaFon" has added the Max messenger to "Corporate PBX" - a platform for telephony and processing customer requests. Now messages from Max can be received and processed in the same interface where employees work with calls and other communication channels.

Through "Corporate PBX", companies can already respond to messages from "VKontakte" and "Odnoklassniki", email, SMS, and feedback forms on websites. After connecting Max, the operator continues the dialogue in the same messenger chosen by the client, saving the correspondence history in a unified system.

To launch the channel, the company will need to register a bot in Max, configure message processing, and connect the new source to the employee's workplace.

"Corporate PBX" is designed, among other things, for large organizations and contact centers. The system supports up to 5000 employees and processes up to 100 thousand text dialogues per hour. The solution is included in the register of Russian software and is available both in the cloud format and for installation on the company's infrastructure.
