Sellers without their own online store have a new way to accept orders – through Yandex search and chat with "Alisa AI". Products will be shown to users among other offers, and a purchase can be made through a single checkout using the "Buy in 1 click" button.
Connection to the service is currently available for free. Additionally, sellers only pay for selected services, such as delivery or payment processing.
To get started, you need to submit an application for checkout connection in Yandex Goods, then upload your assortment, specify prices, and configure payment and delivery methods in the "Yandex Kit" account.
Orders can be transferred to your own logistics, marketplace services, or third-party operators, including "Yandex Delivery", CDEK, PEK, and Dalli. After setup, products begin to appear in Search and "Alisa AI" in response to relevant queries.
The new scheme is currently operating in beta testing mode based on the Yandex Commerce Protocol. The technology allows "Alisa AI" to select products by request and display their cards along with offers from online stores and marketplaces.
