Sber, in cooperation with Rabota.ru, launched a digital platform for recruiting and onboarding foreign employees. India became the first foreign market, and the project is planned to expand to other countries in the future.
The service unites Russian employers, foreign recruiters, and organizations involved in legal support and relocation of employees. In their personal account, companies can post applications, set requirements for candidates, and monitor the hiring process. Employers also have access to applicant profiles, documents, photos, and video materials.
Separate secure accounts are provided for platform participants. Foreign partners search for suitable specialists, while Russian organizations support document processing and interact with companies.
Some bureaucratic procedures are automated. On the platform, you can prepare invitations, guarantee letters, notifications of the arrival of foreign citizens, as well as applications for obtaining work permits and SNILS.
