"T-Bank" launched free EDI for cargo transportation

The launch is related to changes in legislation

"T-Bank" introduced a free transport electronic document management service for small and medium-sized business clients. It allows for the processing, signing, and transfer of electronic waybills and order requests.

The launch is related to changes in legislation: starting from September 1, 2026, waybills, order requests, and freight forwarding documents must be issued electronically. To operate, companies will need to connect to a transport EDI operator and use a qualified electronic signature.

The service is designed for carriers, small transport companies, as well as businesses that regularly send and receive goods. Documents can be signed by managers and employees involved in transportation, dispatch, or receipt of deliveries.

Connection is available through the "T-Business" account and mobile application. Clients are provided with round-the-clock support, including assistance with filling out waybills and setting up electronic signatures.

In the future, "T-Bank" plans to add the creation and signing of documents via the mobile application using "Gosklyuch" (State Key), as well as employee access management using machine-readable powers of attorney.

The service is available to "T-Business" clients with a current account. A valid qualified electronic signature is required to sign documents.
