"Platform OFD" has joined the agreement of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development on the development of the "Gosuslugi" mobile electronic signature. As part of the cooperation, it is planned to integrate the service with solutions for electronic document management and develop new scenarios for its application.
After integration, transportation participants will be able to sign electronic transportation documents, including electronic waybills, directly from a smartphone. This will not require a computer or a physical electronic signature carrier – the "Gosuslugi" mobile application will be sufficient.
At "Platform EPD", this method is planned to be used, in particular, for drivers who need to certify documents during a trip. Signing will be performed with an enhanced qualified electronic signature of an individual.
The solution is being prepared against the backdrop of the upcoming mandatory transition to electronic shipping documents from September 1, 2026. The parties also intend to exchange integration practices, conduct training events, and prepare methodological materials for users.
"Platform EPD" is included in the list of accredited operators of the electronic shipping documents information system.
