"Kaspersky Lab" introduced a password manager for businesses

The solution allows companies to centrally manage passwords, check their reliability, store confidential data, and differentiate employee access

"Kaspersky Lab" launched Kaspersky Password Manager for corporate users. The solution is designed for medium and large businesses and is intended for centralized management of passwords and other confidential employee data.

According to Kaspersky Digital Footprint Intelligence for 2026, 37% of users reuse familiar passwords, only slightly changing them. Another 13% add the year to the combination, and 17% add a special character. At the same time, a quarter of attacks on organizations in 2025, according to Kaspersky Lab's research, began with compromised credentials.

Kaspersky Password Manager allows you to create complex unique passwords and store them in encrypted form. The user only needs to remember the master password. The system also checks stored combinations for reliability and presence in known leaks.

In addition to passwords, the service supports storing two-factor authentication codes, access keys, documents, and bank card data. For companies, password rules can be configured and employee rights can be differentiated depending on their roles.

Kaspersky Lab notes that a centralized approach should reduce the risks associated with reusing weak passwords and corporate data leaks.
