The new program will help specialists from partners and customers master the architecture of Basis Workplace 3.3 and gain practical skills in configuring, administering, and supporting the platform in corporate IT infrastructure. The three-day course is designed for 24 academic hours and combines theoretical training with practical work on a training stand with real Basis software. The training is organized remotely at the KUDITS training center and will be held every one and a half to two months.
The program consists of seven thematic modules. Students study the platform's architecture, desktop pools, access management, monitoring, and working with the Basis Workplace client. Separate blocks are dedicated to installation and additional product administration features. Basic knowledge of network technologies and virtualization principles, an understanding of approaches to building remote desktop infrastructure, and an idea of automating the lifecycle of virtual desktops and terminal servers are required to complete the course.
The new course on Basis Workplace architecture will become a permanent part of the training program for technical specialists of customers and partners.
