Sber, together with Rabota.ru, has launched an AI assistant for finding employees in the SberBusiness online bank. The solution, based on the GigaChat neural network model, allows entrepreneurs to create and publish vacancies, as well as select suitable candidates without switching to third-party services.
To start searching for personnel, the user just needs to contact the Business Assistant and answer a few questions about the vacancy. Based on the information received, the system generates a description, places an advertisement on Rabota.ru, and suggests the most suitable resumes. If necessary, the text of the vacancy can be edited before publication.
The service is already available to more than 230,000 users of the Business Prime subscription and service packages that include Rabota.ru. The use of the solution does not require additional payment.
The Business Assistant works in the web version and mobile application of SberBusiness. It includes over 160 AI agents that help entrepreneurs solve various tasks - from consulting on banking services to preparing documents and searching for information. According to Sber, more than 400,000 clients use the service monthly.
How the AI assistant for entrepreneurs in SberBusiness developed
We have already talked about how Sber consistently develops AI tools for business based on GigaChat. Back in June 2025, at the XXVIII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the bank presented Giga-assistant for small business clients in SberBusiness - then the first 200 thousand users received free access to it. The assistant could analyze reports, help with marketing, and advise on recruitment issues.
A year later, in June 2026, at the XXIX SPIEF, Sber announced the next generation of the tool - "Business Assistant" with expanded agent capabilities, long-term memory, and support for more than 160 AI agents. At the same time, SberBusiness introduced an AI analyst for marketplace sellers - another tool based on the same neural network model, capable of generating analytical summaries of sales and advertising within 30 seconds.
