The "MTS Link" platform has introduced an updated AI tool for preparing online meeting summaries. Now, artificial intelligence can not only automatically create summaries but also adapt their structure to the event format.
Users have access to ready-made templates for planning meetings, general meetings, interviews, brainstorming sessions, lectures, retrospectives, and other scenarios. In addition, organizations can create their own templates in accordance with internal requirements. Each format is focused on the key outcomes of a specific meeting type: for example, for planning meetings, tasks and deadlines are recorded; for interviews, candidate evaluation; and for brainstorming sessions, a list of ideas and decisions made.
The organizer can independently choose a suitable template or entrust this choice to AI, which analyzes the content of the conversation and suggests the most appropriate option. If necessary, the format of the final document can be changed even after the meeting, by re-generating the summary. This new feature is currently available in beta testing mode.
