Russian IT infrastructure provider Selectel has launched an AI router – a service that provides centralized access to over 300 generative language models through a single connection point.
One of the key features is automatic request routing. If one of the model providers is unavailable, the system switches the load to a backup option, which helps avoid failures. According to the company, user requests are not stored or used for model training, and data processing is performed on Russian infrastructure.
The service supports a single master key, as well as the creation of separate API keys for teams and projects. Integration is carried out via a standard API, so implementation does not require rewriting existing code.
In addition, the AI router allows setting spending limits, controlling model usage, and tracking statistics in real time. Payment is based on actual token consumption within a single contract and invoice in rubles.
