According to the organizers, the forum's program focuses on practical experience and real business cases. Instead of theoretical reports, participants will be offered practical solutions and tools that are already being used in 2026 and can be applied when forming business development strategies in 2027.
The business program includes over 150 presentations by practicing speakers, divided into six thematic areas. These include business management and scaling, marketing, sales, customer service, the application of artificial intelligence and neural networks, as well as PR and personal brand development.
One of the central themes of the forum will be the practical application of artificial intelligence in business. Discussions will cover the use of neural networks in marketing, sales, customer service, and communications, as well as the possibilities of using AI for company management and scaling.
The forum will feature case sessions dedicated to company development strategies, modern promotion tools, customer acquisition channels, sales digitalization, customer experience transformation, and the application of neural networks and artificial intelligence. In addition, foresight sessions are planned, focusing on forecasting and shaping the future of business, trend analysis, and developing development scenarios.
The practical part of the program will be complemented by business games aimed at developing professional skills, as well as platforms for business communication and experience exchange. Special attention will be paid to networking, which will allow participants to establish new professional contacts.
Another direction of the forum will be an exhibition of tools, digital services, and IT developments for digital business transformation, marketing, sales, and customer service development. Solutions for organizational management and business scaling will also be presented at the venue.
The program includes an Advertising Festival, showcasing the best creative works created using artificial intelligence technologies – a special screening of "Night of the Ad Eaters" – a two-hour broadcast of commercials from around the world, including projects entirely created with AI. According to the organizers, attendance at the screening will be free for all forum participants.
Business Force Forum 2026 will be held on September 22 at Technograd at VDNKh in Moscow.
