Over 1000 Participants Discussed Practical AI Applications at AI KONFA 2026

The conference's focus shifted towards the practical application of technologies. Reports covered specific cases of AI implementation in marketing, sales, HR, and operational processes. Participants discussed not theoretical models, but tools already in use in companies' daily operations.

Among the speakers were representatives of large Russian organizations from various industries — banking, retail, telecommunications, logistics, development, and manufacturing. These included Sber, Alfa-Bank, RSHB, Tochka Bank, DPD, Beeline, T2, Pochta Rossii, PIK, Rosgosstrakh, Kinopoisk, Pyaterochka, and other companies. The main emphasis of their presentations was on the experience of implementing AI solutions and the results achieved.

One recurring theme was the assertion that the key factor in effectiveness is not the artificial intelligence technology itself, but the skills of employees in using it. Against this background, the development of AI competencies was considered one of the significant directions of business transformation.
