The CommuniGate Pro development team announced the release of beta version 87 of the client application, noting it as one of the most feature-rich releases in recent memory. The update includes a number of improvements for working with email, calendar, and contacts.
One of the key changes is the simplification of meeting scheduling. Now, when creating a calendar event, users can see the availability of all proposed participants, allowing them to quickly find a convenient time for everyone without additional coordination.
The contacts module now features a quick search, allowing users to find people by first name, last name, patronymic, or email address. A collaboration function has also been implemented: users can grant colleagues access to their mail folders to organize teamwork.
The mobile version of the client has received an updated calendar with new display modes: "Day", "Week", "Month", and "Schedule". In addition, the interface has been optimized — inactive modules are hidden, and unnecessary synchronization notifications have been removed. Smart recipient insertion has also been added: when copying a list of addresses from Excel or Word documents, the client automatically recognizes and adds them to the field.
The new version is compatible with CommuniGate Pro 6.5.5 servers and above. The developers also emphasized that accelerating application performance remains a priority, and systemic performance improvements will be included in the next release. The update is now available for download.
