The IT ecosystem "Lukomorye", backed by Rostelecom, announced the launch of a new service. The "Sokol" license server is designed for centralized management of software licenses, certificates, and access rights.
According to the developers, the platform allows for abandoning fragmented storage of keys and files, consolidating all information into a single database. This simplifies administration, reduces time spent on routine tasks, and provides data for auditing, helping companies protect their software from misuse.
Sokol is based on a flexible architecture. It supports various licensing models, including individual licenses for users and organizations, concurrent licenses with a limit on the number of simultaneous connections, and server licenses.
System management is carried out via API for integration with external applications. For configuration without involving programmers, a visual no-code constructor is provided, allowing the creation of cards with a unique field structure. The solution can be deployed both as a cloud-based online service and locally (on-premise) for operation in closed circuits.
