Yandex's "Neuro-Lawyer" service has implemented a new tool that generates draft responses to claims. According to the developers, preparing a document now takes 3–10 minutes instead of the previous 30–60, significantly speeding up lawyers' work.
The system creates drafts based on the company's internal standards, templates, and legal practices. To train the service, examples of ready-made responses must be uploaded to a special "smart folder."
The tool can handle claims from clients, counterparties, government agencies, and internal employees. The effectiveness of the solution has already been proven in practice. The law firm "Kosenkov and Suvorov" accelerated the processing of incoming documents for a partner by 30% during beta testing.
In large companies, such as MegaFon, "Neuro-Lawyer" integrates with existing automation platforms. At MegaFon, it works in conjunction with an internal system known as the "judicial machine." "Neuro-Lawyer" extracts data from incoming documents and transfers it to the company's system for further processing. As a result, the time for preparing legal documents has been reduced by more than 50%, and up to 70% of typical cases are processed automatically.
