ReIndustry Expo 2026: Robots, Pitches, and Real Modernization Cases

From June 24 to 26, the ReIndustry Expo will take place at Timiryazev Center (Moscow) - a platform for exploring production and logistics modernization technologies. Developers of advanced solutions and business representatives will gather in one place to discuss technology implementation, evaluate their effectiveness in real conditions, and exchange experiences.

The exhibition will cover an area of 7,000 m² and bring together more than 60 developer companies. Over 8,000 visitors are expected – directors of logistics and production, heads of warehouses and workshops, CEOs and business owners who plan to update their enterprise infrastructure.

The exhibition will feature:

  • solutions for warehouse robotization (AMR, APR, FMR, AS/RS, shuttles, conveyors);
  • robotic manipulators for end-of-line operations in production;
  • IT solutions for the operational circuit of business (WMS, MES, BI, S&OP, etc.).

Test Site: Robots in Real Conditions

A key novelty of the exhibition is a 300 m² test site. This is an exact replica of a warehouse receiving and storage area with key zones: storage, picking, and receiving/shipping.

Here, more than 10 integrators will launch AMR, APR, and FMR robots in action. This format will allow businesses to evaluate technologies without unnecessary costs and make decisions about implementation. Visitors will be able to check:

  • the speed and accuracy of standard operations (e.g., pallet recognition and placement on a rack);
  • maneuverability and safety of several robots working side by side;
  • the need for infrastructure improvements (floors, racks, etc.);
  • the timing of integration and launch of a robot in the warehouse.

"The market really needs an open public test site format where anyone with a practical interest can see robots in action," notes Alexander Zhukov, director of ReIndustry Expo.

On June 25, from 14:30 to 16:00, an open pitch session will be held in the "World Cafe" zone. Technology companies will present solutions for warehouse and production automation to major Russian customers.

Each participant will have 5 minutes to explain what operational problem their product solves and what results it delivers. A jury of business representatives will ask clarifying questions and provide feedback.

Among the jury members:

  • Andrey Komarov (Arnest);
  • Alexey Isaev (VseInstrumenty.ru);
  • Vladimir Ostapuk (Ozon);
  • Vyacheslav Burmistrov (Ochakovo);
  • Alexander Shamaev (Askona);
  • Vyacheslav Goryainov (VkusVill).

Renat Usmanov, business partner for innovations at UK X5 Group, will moderate the session.

The pitch session is useful for both startups and mature companies: the former will receive feedback before pilots begin, while the latter will align with business expectations and refine product positioning. To illustrate the format's capabilities: last year, the KAMAZ digital platform presented a drone-based warehouse inventory system with computer vision, and YaCu Robotics showcased a universal autonomy controller for warehouse equipment.

Experience Exchange: Reports from Digitalization Leaders

A separate day is dedicated to exchanging experience in production modernization. More than 20 speakers from companies that have achieved breakthroughs in digitalization (Novabev, TechnoNikol, CYBERSTEEL, Larta Glass, etc.) will deliver reports on the nuances of implementing MES, APS, and MRO systems.

Experts will also discuss:

  • how to find and eliminate sources of losses in production and logistics;
  • how to compensate for personnel shortages with automated solutions;
  • where to start robotization and how to maximize return on investment;
  • how to choose a contractor and implement new technologies without disrupting deadlines or increasing budgets.

More detailed information can be found on the official website of the exhibition.

Registration is free with promo code RE468PRS3 until June 15.
