At the XXIX St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Sber presented a new tool for entrepreneurs – the "Business Assistant" based on the GigaChat neural network. The service will become available in the SberBusiness mobile application in autumn 2026. According to Sber, it will allow managing a company in a dialogue format.
The new version of the assistant will be able to not only find data and prepare documents, but also independently perform operations, connect services, and conduct analysis. Key features will include "long-term memory", storage of query context, and expertise in key business areas.
According to Anatoly Popov, Deputy Chairman of the Sberbank Executive Board, the "Business Assistant" will simplify operational processes and lower the entry barrier for entrepreneurship, making scenarios for working with corporate internet banking understandable for beginners.
For aspiring entrepreneurs, the assistant will suggest where to start and share tips in short video format. For experienced users, it will remind them of reporting deadlines and help with industry analysis.
