The Yandex 360 team presented a package of May updates for its services, focusing on improving collaboration and automation.
Version 4.0 of the Disk desktop application now integrates with Windows Explorer, allowing users to work not only with personal files but also with the contents of shared folders. For businesses, flexible access settings for files and folders have been added for employees and groups.
Telemost now allows sending messages silently, and broadcast organizers can now end a broadcast and notify participants with a single action. The service also received expanded limits on the number of folders and chats, new reactions, and a tool for checking equipment before a meeting.
Tracker has improved automation: the HTTP request body is now displayed in JSON format with syntax highlighting, simplifying debugging. Managing triggers has become more convenient – they can be duplicated, disabled, and their author viewed directly from the settings page.
In addition, Documents has added advanced letter spacing settings, and Mail has gained support for URI links for integration with corporate systems. The Wiki and Forms services have expanded API capabilities and added new access management methods.
