Russian company Yadro and IT holding T1 signed a cooperation agreement in the field of infrastructure solutions at the CIPR-2026 conference. The document provides for the development of software and hardware systems and joint commercial offers for corporate and government customers.
The parties agreed on two areas of cooperation. The first is the development of Dion.Rooms software and hardware systems for meeting rooms based on Kvadra devices. The second is the joint development of Yadro enterprise solutions, including server platforms, data storage systems, and infrastructure for resource-intensive tasks.
Yadro will become a certified supplier of Kvadra devices for Dion.Rooms PAC. The solution will include registered Kvadra TAU mini-PCs and the Kvadra_T tablet.
The partnership will allow customers to pre-verify hardware and software compatibility, reduce integration risks, and move faster from pilot projects to industrial implementation. This expands the hardware base of Dion.Rooms and creates a basis for joint work on infrastructure solutions.
The agreement provides for the joint development of solutions for server loads, data storage systems, data analysis, AI, and high-performance computing. The agreement will also form the basis for joint pilot projects, technology testing, and the preparation of commercial offers.
