"Yandex 360" to Open Access to "Tracker", "Wiki", and "Forms" via On-Premises Model

The "Yandex 360" team announced the upcoming launch of on-premises versions of "Tracker", "Wiki", and "Forms" services in the coming months of 2026. This will allow companies to deploy these solutions on their own infrastructure, ensuring data storage within the corporate IT perimeter. This approach is relevant for organizations with high security and information control requirements, such as banks, medical and insurance companies, and fintech services.

"Tracker" is designed for project and task management, work distribution, and process status tracking. "Wiki" provides the ability to create internal knowledge bases and collaborate on documents, while "Forms" are used for data collection through questionnaires, surveys, and applications. All three services will be included in the "Projects and Knowledge" package.

Previously, "Boards", "Browser for Organizations", "Disk", and "Documents" services were already available in on-premises format as part of the "Collaboration and Communication" package. By the end of 2026, "Mail", "Calendar", "Messenger", and "Telebridge" will be added. All services operate on a unified platform and evolve synchronously with cloud versions, which simplifies their implementation and updates.
