The "MTS Link" platform team presented a major update at the CIPR-2026 conference. The platform now includes a document, spreadsheet, and presentation editor, a file disk, and a knowledge base. The service is integrated into a single application with tools for messaging, calls, online whiteboards, and training. Artificial intelligence helps navigate documents and correspondence.
The disk allows structuring the work environment by providing each group with a separate space with access settings. Up to 200 users can edit one file simultaneously, and the change history is saved in the "Work Activities" section. A unified search covers company documents and the knowledge base.
"MTS Link" services are equipped with tools for corporate data protection: administrators can restrict downloading, copying, and printing of documents, and assign roles with different access settings. Document watermarking and user action logging are possible.
