The Russian Ministry of Digital Development has added "Platforma OFD" services to the list of Russian internet resources accessible during mobile internet restrictions for security reasons. The list includes all key company platforms that ensure business process continuity.
The list includes services that ensure work with cash registers and the transfer of fiscal data to the FNS, electronic document management, work with shipping documents, and submission of reports. The following services are included in the list:
- Platforma OFD — transfer of fiscal data to the FNS, control of 54-FZ violations, sales analytics based on cash receipts;
- Platforma EDO — electronic document management with counterparties, signing and sending UPDs, invoices, contracts;
- Platforma EPD — electronic shipping documents (waybills, order requests, travel logs, etc.), interaction with GIS EPD
- Platforma Gosotchet — submission of reports to the FNS, SFR, and Rosstat, preparation of declarations;
- Violation Control — monitoring of cash registers and receipts, tracking FNS risk indicators, preventing fines.
