The team behind the online service "Finlid" from "Tochka Bank" has introduced a new feature — "Tasks", which allows accounting firms and specialists to manage tasks in a single interface.
"Tasks" are integrated into the accountant's workflow service and allow a manager to assign tasks, see workload distribution, and monitor employees' working time. The tool takes into account the specifics of accounting, making it possible to work with task types such as primary documentation, bank statements, reporting, and other services.
The solution helps distribute work evenly and assess labor costs for each client. If servicing requires more resources than expected, the company can adjust its pricing and work format.
The tool also offers additional options — planning, priorities, checklists, a working-time tracking timer, and filtering by task type. The service's plans include further development of the tool, including customization of task types for in-house accountants in the summer of 2026.
