The "MTS Link" team has expanded the functionality of the "Boards" service, adding new administration tools. Now, large companies can control product implementation, manage licenses and workspace during scaling, and optimize the cost of its use.
Clients with the "Organization" module connected can collect statistics on work: the number of used and free licenses, the activity of participants in teams. Information is available on the date of registration and the last login of each user. The list of participants can be filtered and uploaded in CSV format.
All information about employees is collected on one tab: the administrator sees the number of boards, projects, and teams a user has, the date of registration, and the last login. This allows for the rational allocation of resources and the identification of bottlenecks before they develop into a systemic problem.
