The «T-Technologies» group, the technology division of «T-Bank» (formerly «Tinkoff Bank»), has introduced the Robocoach dialog simulator, designed to train customer support and sales department employees.
A key feature of Robocoach is its integration with the «Speech Analytics» platform. This allows companies to analyze employee communication with customers, identify problem areas, and create training scenarios based on them. For example, typical employee errors can be turned into individual training sessions, and successful dialogues can be used as training scenarios for newcomers.
Robocoach simulates a dialogue with a client and responds to the employee's actions in real time. Users can conduct a dialogue by voice or text, and the AI-based solution analyzes the communication and provides quick feedback. The solution is implemented on the basis of the VoiceKit speech synthesis and recognition platform and uses a large language model T-Pro with 32 billion parameters.
