The Erismann factory in Voskresensk protected critical equipment with the help of Ippon and "Ruself Energo". According to Ippon, the joint project ensured the uninterrupted operation of the production process and minimized the risk of line stoppages in the event of power failures.
The company explained that the enterprise operates five high-speed Olbrich printing lines and systems for preparing adhesive and paint compositions, a short-term failure can lead to damage to materials and disruption of delivery times, and uninterrupted power supply directly affects the continuity of production and the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
Ippon and "Ruself Energo" engineers studied the parameters of the production line and performed the necessary calculations. The customer was offered several options, including UPS with supercapacitors, modular systems with lead-acid batteries, and a solution based on Ippon BlackRock 300 kW with lithium batteries. As a result, Ippon BlackRock was chosen as the most suitable for technical requirements and operating conditions.
An important requirement of the customer was to minimize interference with the operation of the factory at all stages of the project. The supply, installation and commissioning of equipment were carried out according to an agreed schedule, in compliance with safety requirements and taking into account the peculiarities of the engineering infrastructure. Ippon emphasized:
As a result of the project, the company received protection for one of the most significant nodes of the production infrastructure. The uninterruptible power supply system ensures stable operation of the equipment, and the switch to batteries during test shutdowns occurs instantly, without voltage fluctuations.
