BPMSoft has introduced a new version of its low-code platform, BPMSoft 1.9, which includes over 350 improvements. Key innovations include integration with cloud AI services, a new "Working with LLM" function that allows embedding language models into process logic, and an automatic AI segmentation model for analyzing customers and products.
The platform features an updated interface and a completely redesigned mobile application based on Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile. BPMSoft 1.9 implements end-to-end integration with the INSIGHT BI platform and adds a business process heatmap for a clear display of problem areas.
Additionally, the new version introduces the first version of the page designer based on Angular and an updated "BPMSoft Service Management" module. Support for the Max messenger has been implemented in the "Omnichannel Communications" module, allowing users to exchange messages directly from the system interface. This functionality is also available in BPMSoft 1.8 after installing the corresponding application from the vendor's marketplace.
