Forum Program. The flagship event of the Forum is the conference "Topical Issues of Information Security" from FSTEC of Russia (February 19). The regulator will present the development of the requirements of Order No. 117, approaches to certification, and plans for 2026, while market practitioners will share real-world cases of implementing security tools, penetration testing, supply chain protection, and industrial systems.
A separate, packed day of the program is the Day of the Secure Development Community of FSTEC of Russia and ISP RAS (February 20), where PAO "GC "Basis" acts as a strategic partner. The community brings together secure development practitioners — from culture and engineering management to pipeline automation, CI/CD, DevSecOps, supply chain security, and trust metrics as a source of business value.
This is not just a conference, but a "high-energy" meeting of like-minded people with presentations by invitation only: no sales or marketing — real "joys and sorrows" of implementation, practical experience, and honest analyses from engineers for engineers.

Participants will discuss how companies have learned to make money from engineering processes, launch new directions, increase the efficiency and quality of development, and turn security and reliability into a competitive advantage. The Secure Development master track will be held in parallel — in-depth practical analyses of tools and methodologies: development management in the IT ecosystem "Lukomorye" from OOO "RTK IT PLUS", supply chain protection and DevSecOps pipelines, secure development automation, static analysis and fuzzing, as well as a master class from ISP RAS "Design and Use of the MLSecOps Platform" — how to combine MLOps tools and model trust checks into a single secure CI for ML.
