The IT ecosystem «Lukomorye», backed by Rostelecom, has released version 1.21.0 of the team, project, and task management system «Yaga Tasks». It improves key work scenarios: task approval, flexible type settings, task movement between spaces, and deadline control.

The new version adds a separate task approval block where you can start the process, approve or reject tasks with comments. This reduces the amount of external communication and makes decision-making transparent.

The update expands the ability to edit task types without the risk of data loss. You can now add and remove attributes such as «Assessment», «Sprint», and «Version», with automatic recalculation of the overall assessment and sprint progress. The user receives a warning for any changes, which makes process configuration safer.

Improved work with tables in the task card: when adding rows and columns, the table structure is preserved, including formatting and cell width. A function has been added to import tasks from CSV and XLSX files, which is useful when migrating to the system or working with large volumes of tasks.

The task moving process has become more predictable: all attributes of the new task are temporarily unavailable for editing, and the user sees a modal window with a progress indicator. When moving tasks, you can transfer planned labor costs, including data on child tasks.

The «My Spaces» widget now displays only those project spaces where the user is a direct participant. It is now possible to pin the side navigation panel in expanded or collapsed form. The Gantt chart now displays the progress of task execution, which provides visual control of deadlines and helps to respond to changes more quickly.
