Red Soft has announced the release of an update to RDB Expert (Red Database Expert). According to the developers, they have improved stability and usability, as well as added a number of user-requested features.
RDB Expert 2026.01 features a new tab system with a redesigned look and the ability to rearrange tabs, the ability to restart the database generator from the initial value, as well as change the current value of the database generator, ignore whitespace characters when comparing metadata, automatically apply saved application settings after an update, and delay when confirming database deletion / recreation.
A number of errors and shortcomings have also been fixed. As a reminder, RDB Expert supports working with Red Database and Firebird DBMS.
