The merged company Wildberries & Russ has introduced a neural network for creating AI videos and "live" photos of products. The "Video Covers" service allows for faster product card design, as well as demonstrating the functionality and real properties of products in motion.
The neural network automatically generates videos based on a single photo or animates an image with a person, adding natural movements. The creation process takes up to a minute: simply select the tool, upload a photo, and start the generation. The finished video can be immediately added to the product card.
As the company explained, previously a test group of sellers could use slideshows and animated infographics to generate video covers — now the functionality of the service has been expanded through the introduction of neural networks. With their help, you can create a video based on a single photo or animate an image with a person, adding natural movements.
