Sber will release Russia's first AI agent for the Process Mining platform in 2026, capable of analyzing hundreds of millions of events monthly. This was announced at the Sber Process Mining Conf 2026 process analytics conference by Taras Skvortsov, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of Sberbank.
The tool, announced at the AI Journey conference in 2025, independently analyzes business processes and generates reports with recommendations. Skvortsov emphasized that the AI agent does not replace a specialist but becomes their assistant, reducing the time spent on data analysis by a factor of 4.
The user uploads data and formulates a task in natural language, and the agent calculates key indicators, tests hypotheses, and identifies the causes of inefficiencies. Skvortsov noted that the AI agent's functionality allows analysts to focus on intellectual work and management decision-making.
