An antivirus module developed by Positive Technologies has been added to the PT ISIM (PT Industrial Security Incident Manager) industrial infrastructure cyber resilience system.
The new functionality will protect industrial infrastructures and ensure compliance with the antivirus protection requirements stipulated in FSTEC Order No. 239 for critical information infrastructure facilities.
The PT ISIM antivirus module detects and blocks malware on end devices, such as automated operator workstations and industrial automation system servers. To activate the antivirus, you need to update the system to the latest version and install the "Antivirus" module. Evgeny Orlov, Head of Industrial Systems Information Security at Positive Technologies, emphasized:
PT ISIM has extensive technological expertise and is compatible with popular SCADA systems from Russian and international vendors. Now the product is enhanced with antivirus technology, which has already proven itself as part of MaxPatrol Endpoint Security.
