STC IT ROSA has released an update to the ROSA Control Center platform. The new solution is aimed at improving the security and manageability of a distributed IT infrastructure, as well as reducing manual operations when working with a large fleet of devices.

Key innovations include full control over the device lifecycle, advanced security control mechanisms for ROSA Mobile and Android applications, centralized installation and management of corporate applications, and improved functionality when scaling.

For the ROSA Mobile OS, an advanced set of control mechanisms has been implemented, including blocking the device when root rights are obtained or applications are installed, prohibiting screenshots, resetting network settings, and changing Wi-Fi parameters. Centralized management of Bluetooth, camera, GPS, modem and connected external media, as well as firmware updates and management of roaming and airplane modes are available.

In addition, the update includes improvements to the interface and localization, including correct declension of numerals and updated tooltips. Security templates and checks have been updated, including the implementation of analysis of potentially dangerous Puppet classes, which further increases the stability and security of the platform.
