According to Aquarius, thanks to their collaboration with Open Mobile Platform, users will receive the latest updates. The new version improves security, geolocation, integration with MDM systems and Aurora Center, adds support for external cameras and microphones, as well as new APIs and tools for developers.
Aquarius tablets and smartphones are actively used in the financial sector, government administration, telecommunications, transportation, and energy. The lineup will include new models with Aurora OS 5.2, offering enhanced functionality, including the ability to connect an external monitor, keyboard, and mouse.
Aurora 5.2 supports PWA (Progressive Web Apps) technology, which allows running mobile web applications that are indistinguishable from native ones. Hundreds of PWA applications are already available in the Russian segment: banking services, voice assistants, delivery services, news, games, and more.
