The "Basis" solutions have become the basis of information systems of four dozen regional ministries and departments of the Government of the Moscow Region, which employ more than 100 thousand employees.
The company's products are supplied as part of Russian software and hardware complexes (PAC). The Basis Dynamix Enterprise virtualization platform accumulates the main computing power of the information systems of the Government of the Moscow Region. Basis Dynamix Cloud Control is responsible for managing the cloud part of the infrastructure. Basis Virtual Protect provides integration of tools for backing up virtual environments. Basis Guard implements a high level of availability and disaster recovery of the infrastructure. Acting as a single ecosystem, the "Basis" software solves problems related to the operation of the infrastructure layer of the IT departments of the regional administration.
Work on the implementation of Russian software and hardware complexes in the infrastructure of the Government of the Moscow Region was started last year. In total, 480 server nodes of the virtual infrastructure will ensure the operation of information systems.
General Director of PJSC GC "Basis" David Martirosov emphasized: "Replacing the IT infrastructure of the Government of one of the largest Russian regions in terms of population is a complex and large-scale project, the implementation of which requires clear and verified actions from all participants. We are used to solving complex engineering problems, and we already have a number of comparable cases in our portfolio, both with government agencies and with large businesses. I am sure that the experience we gained during our work with the Government of the Moscow Region will become an example for the successful implementation of similar initiatives in other regions."
