It is based on 4th and 5th generation Intel Xeon processors (up to two processors, up to 64 cores, up to 350 W per processor). It provides 32 DDR5 RDIMM slots (up to 5600 MT/s, up to 4 TB). The improved cooling system provides protection against overheating under heavy loads.

The server is designed for building resource-intensive computing infrastructure solutions with high execution density. It can be used for various tasks, including billing, virtualization, traffic processing and statistical data collection, database management, as well as a GPU server for mathematical modeling and artificial intelligence environments. In addition, it is capable of performing the functions of a software router and switch. Kirill Plyashkevich, Head of Server Solutions at «Sila», noted:

The release of the new generation of flagship «Amur» series servers is a big step for us. Creating the «Sila Amur SR2-9428», we did a lot of work and took into account the experience of previous generations. In particular, we managed to significantly improve the cooling system in the new server. As a result, the risk of overheating is eliminated without reducing performance and without using a liquid cooling system. The previous generation of the «Amur» series has proven itself well in the market. We are confident that the new flagship will be even more in demand.
