The central theme of the festival was the export of Russian IT products to foreign markets. Experts noted the growing interest in domestic developments from foreign partners. During the business track, speakers Dmitry Fofanov and Oleg Arsenyev emphasized that entering international markets is a logical continuation of the import substitution policy.

The presentation by Dmitry Gachko, founder of ITG corporation and the "IT PARK RUS" technology park, who outlined the potential of the Russian IT industry beyond the domestic market, was particularly noteworthy. According to him, the global demand for technological sovereignty opens up new opportunities for domestic companies:

Today, there is a demand for technological sovereignty in the international arena, and we have domestic solutions that can meet this demand. We see interest from friendly countries in this area. And the festival in Sevastopol is becoming a platform where we can broadcast ideas of technological cooperation and export of competencies. Russian IT companies are ready not only to supply products, but also to share engineering experience, building long-term, equal partnerships

Special attention was paid to the creation of a digital cluster in the wine industry of Crimea. The initiative involves combining the efforts of farmers and developers within a project to introduce modern digital solutions to improve the efficiency of wine and grape production.

The final event was a drone battle, demonstrating the achievements of Russian engineers in the development of unmanned aerial vehicles.

Thus, the festival outlined the key directions for the development of the Russian IT industry, including the expansion of international cooperation and the promotion of domestic developments in foreign markets.
