In Mail, a customizable mechanism has been implemented for automatically deleting user emails and attachments from mailboxes. At the same time, you can set the storage period for objects in the trash, after which they will be permanently deleted. In addition, users can now configure two different auto-reply templates - for internal and external users. In emails, it is now possible to send attachments up to 50 MB - without placing files on third-party resources and attaching links.
In Drive, user rights can now be configured on behalf of the administrator. You can configure rights not only specifically for each user, but also through group policies.
The application now allows you to prohibit taking screenshots and screen recording at the domain level. In Calendar, the ability for users to publish information about their availability as a web page has been added. An employee can create a link to their calendar and send it to partners or clients from another company. The VK WorkSpace platform now supports Red OS 8 and Astra Linux 1.8 operating systems.
