We have already tested the new service on several hundred outsourced accountants and received very positive feedback. They note that it is now possible to serve three times more clients without losing quality, spending less time on routine tasks and more on tasks that bring real benefits to the business.
The bank plans to implement new automation scenarios with 1C, panels with key metrics, and extended integration with Sber's partner program in the future. The "Accountant's Portal" is available for connection in the "SberBusiness" online bank and is provided free of charge to Sberbank clients.
