Users can create new tasks directly from messages in the MTS Link corporate messenger or separately in the Tasks tab in the platform interface.
The service currently allows you to create a list of tasks, set deadlines for them, and track progress. Task search by keywords is also available. If a task is created based on a message from a messenger, the user can go from it to the original discussion with one click — for example, to recall the context.
The functionality of the service is planned to be supplemented. It will be possible to assign tasks to other performers, create Kanban boards and manage large projects. The solution will also be integrated with the MTS Link AI assistant.
