The neural network also answers questions about documents and corporate knowledge bases more accurately, and can interact with external applications: for example, it can request data from a CRM system. A chat with "Alice" operates on the basis of the new model to solve user problems.
The new YandexGPT model also better supports special instructions that regulate the behavior of the neural network when communicating with the user. They are more prioritized for the model than the user's request. With their help, you can assign a role or character on behalf of which the neural network will communicate, for example, a lawyer, a bank consultant, and so on, as well as specify the response format, communication style, and limit topics for conversation. Now the model will adhere more strictly to its role and will not speculate on extraneous topics, even if the user tries to divert the dialogue to the side.
