"Fines and Accruals" will allow organizations to monitor the receipt of accruals and fines from government agencies. It also helps clients to pay incoming documents in a timely manner.
According to the developers, one of the main advantages of the service is that clients receive real-time information about the accruals issued to them by various government agencies (traffic police, the Federal Tax Service, etc.). Previously, to display information, it was necessary to request it and wait for it to be downloaded from the registers. Now, information about all accruals is collected in the background and displayed when you log into the online bank.
The user, accountant, or company manager can pay accruals in the online bank, in the same place where they carry out transactions on the company's accounts. Clients using "Fines and Accruals" do not need to manually fill out a payment order to the budget in order to make a payment; the system automatically fills in the necessary fields, which avoids errors when filling out documents and saves a lot of time.
The service is located in the web version of the online bank. It is displayed on the main page, in the "My Cases" widget, and is also available in the "Payment Requests" section, in the "Incoming" tab. It will soon be available to all users of the web version of SberBusiness, and then it will appear in the mobile application as well.
