When a user works with documents in MyOffice Documents Online, Solar Dozor analyzes their actions in real time. The system receives data about each event: an attempt to download or export a file, sending a file by mail, granting or changing access rights, moving a document, or creating a public link. This information is transmitted to the Solar DLP system, where it is automatically checked against the company's security policies.
If a user's actions violate security policy rules — for example, they try to download a confidential file or send it to an external recipient — MyOffice Documents Online generates a request for analysis in Solar Dozor, containing information about the user, content, and name of the file with which the operations were performed. This makes it possible to see the fact of the violation in time and start the check using the built-in Solar Dozor tools: analyzing the history of actions, searching the archive, and building a chain of events.
Solar Dozor also supports centralized policy management for branches, which makes data protection uniform for the entire organization, regardless of the geographical location of employees.
Solar Dozor is compatible with domestic operating systems Astra Linux, RED OS, SberLinux, foreign ones including macOS and Windows, as well as with freely distributed software – Debian. Currently, the solution protects the data of more than 300 large Russian organizations and processes 150 million messages every month, and also identifies about 120 thousand information security events. The product is certified by the FSTEC according to the fourth level of trust.
