Experts demonstrated its capabilities, as well as their production facilities: laboratories, equipment assembly and testing areas, a server area, and a first-line warehouse, and then answered questions from guests and discussed IT development under sanctions.
The new product has expanded the line of high-performance Tantor XData MBDs designed for transaction processing, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics in the financial and public sectors, telecommunications, retail, industry, and so on.
MBD Tantor XData 2B is a unified hardware and software complex with a high degree of optimization and adaptation of hardware and software. It is based on Elpitech servers with Russian Baikal-S processors. Each processor has 48 ARM Cortex A75 cores operating at a frequency of up to 2.5 GHz and supports up to 768 GB of DDR4-3200 memory.
The Tantor XData Software software package is universal for the entire Tantor XData MBD line, including the ARM64 architecture (Baikal-S processor). Unified software simplifies the maintenance and operation of Tantor XData MBD on various hardware platforms (x86, ARM64).
The computing subsystem of MBD Tantor XData 2B provides placement of database services (using Tantor Postgres DBMS in various editions, with a built-in management and monitoring platform), isolation of database services by resources, fault tolerance, as well as built-in triple streaming hardware and software compression. The switching subsystem separates networks with a bandwidth of up to 100 Gbps. The management and service storage subsystem manages cluster resources, ensures security when components of the software package interact, and manages backup.
All key elements of Tantor XData 2B are included in the registers of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Digital Development. The MBD itself is currently undergoing registration with the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
